hey i have made a server that i hosted on my own computer and i want to step it up a notch and get a company to host it for me. Is there a way i can transfer my stuff to the host?

Well I would use a different host. If their website sucks, their hosting and service probably will too.
i will be using minecheap and their website sucks. everything is on one page and when i click support nothing happens
You could be able to send them the save file for your map in a .rar file. Not sure though. Try contacting the website's support center.
