Im looking in to using Tree Puncher to host my server 24/7. The only thing is, I know nothing about it. If I do switch my server to Tree Puncher, does all of my building progress stay? If so, then how do i do that?

Server hosts provide FTP file access, you can access the server's files with FileZilla using the adress provided by the host. One you have access you can transfer all your local server files to the new host. Nothing is lost this way.
