Trying to find a server

Im looking for a server that is vanilla. Only 5 people at least. I don't like many people in 1 server. I also am looking for the server to have team speak.

Its hard to fine Vanilla as they would get griefed alot. That and people like to run mods, atleast I know I do.
Best thing to do is find a young server or newly started one that has little to no people on it yet. and is fairly close to vanilla.
