So my last laptop died a few weeks ago and I'm playing on my dad's spare, so I downloaded minecraft onto here and changed my skin before startup. The only problem now is that I can't change my skin, the minecraft version is currently 1.4 and whenever I change my skin it says its changed but I end up with the stupid default skin. Would this be because I was logged into the other laptop with another skin uploaded? or is it a known bug like 1.3.2? I need some help here, I would hate to go on a PvP server looking like steve...

Check at help.mojang.com for when it is fixed.
This is an ongoing problem in 1.3/1.4. Mojang is trying to fix this. Hope this helped.
Minecraft.net is having a few problems and everyone's skins are changed to default for now. When Minecraft.net is fixed everything will be fine so don't panic
