This may seem like a funky question but I am doing this project and I need to know approximately how big is a soccer field minecraft block wise?

90x45 blocks. That's the smallest a football pitch has to be but you can make it up to 120x90 blocks but might not be good if you're playing on survival or on a time limit.
Yard = 3 feet
Meter = 3.3 feet
Meter = 3.3 feet
I thought a YARD was three feet?
1 block is equivalent of 1 meter or 3 feet

on soccer feilds they are often 100–110 m long and 64–73 m wide
so probably 100 by 65 blocks would be good

A minecraft block is one meter cubed. And then depending on the soccer field (i don't know too much about the difference in sizes for different countries and such, but just use google for converting the meters/feet of a soccer field into meters and then put it into minecraft blocks.
