Unable to connect to anything Minecraft.
I have a staff member on my server, who is currently having a major issue. Been going on for about 3 months now. He can not connect to any minecraft server, he always get's this error.
Yes, he has reset his router, delete minecraft, and the launcher, reinstalled, etc. It's his router is what we think so far. Unable to figure out what though.

It appears as if his server is simply not running or it is firewalled. Is it just him who cant connect or can noone connect to the server? Also where/how is the server hosted?
Already tried that. No connection.
Have him ping the server. If he cant figure out how to ping the server contact me via skype: dan326425
