I have been hosting a server for over 4 years now (I've owned the game since indev) and I have watched how servers evolved since then.
The definition of an epic server was vanilla back then, and as long as you owned a server you would have a steady balance of 15 players with minimal advertising.
Since all that changed, I have tried my hand in making unique gamemodes but they never quite took off. I've tried from vanilla to crime wars, some attempts were close, but no cigar. Now, I realize what could be my mistake: I've been using my own ideas, without getting ideas from the community. So, here I am asking for ideas that YOU would find cool. I have money to spend, so if I cannot do it with a bunch of public plugins, I could have a developer make the plugin.
This is probably going to be my last attempt at a server if it does not succeed.
So please, give me your ideas. I don't care how crazy it is, it can probably be done. And even if it is crazy, I could always un-crazify it.
