Update has messed up texture packs

I just updated minecraft, and the some of the blocks on all the texture packs are messed up. They have a flame on one half and a spinning portal on the other and this is on all texture packs i have apart from default, Any way to fix this?

Resolved, i had to get rid of a jar file, i had 2.... :/
