So I tried to play on a server which was on 1.7.10.. It crashes EVERY time.. Any ideas how tho fix this? It's not the server, it crashes every othe server too.

Do that, and secondly check if you have any mods activated. It´s also possible that you have been banned. If you disallowed the server to make resource pack requests, maybe that´s a reason too.
