Hi it's me again i am having problems updating my minecraft every time i try it tells me that the access is denied...what does this mean and what can i do?

Ok so we tried to take down our fire wall and it didn't work now what?
No it has not
I really don't have any other ideas.... When the same thing happened to me thats what I did. Has this happened before?
okay I'm not an administrator and my administrator won't let me take out my firewall to try it what else do you have me to do
Sometimes your firewall may block minecraft from connecting to the internet. Try disabling it the testing it again (Make sure to re-enable it afterwards). Also make sure you are an administrator on your computer.
