When 1.5 comes out, how long after the update do the plugin creators update the plugin? How long will it take to update every plugin?

Update craft bukkit then wait for an update from the developers of the plugin. There's no magic update button, you need to reinstall them all.
How are some servers on 1.5 already though?
Or do u just upate craftbukkit?
