Uploading issues

Hi, i have a minecraft server that i want to upload to planet minecraft, but when i try this message pops up: Failed to ping "10.0.0.3:25565". Make sure it is properly setup, port forwarded, online and other people can connect to it.

ive done all that, but it wont work, what is thee problem? Please help
