Uploading to PMC, need some help!

I have had a Minecraft server in the past on PMC, and I used FreeDNS.com to get a domain name. It worked fine then, but just recently, I revived my domain name and set up a new server, but this time PMC couldn't find my server (it WAS running at the time).
I am not sure if this has to do with the feature that checks if the server is running from your domain name, as this wasn't part of server set up when I had a server last, but I don't think it's related.

I am having a similar problem, I had a server, my ip got changed, tried to re upload it and they cant see if im the owner.
