Okay, so i have a Bukkit Server and i really want to add a bunch of npcs and all, so i follow the instructions EXACTLY, and everytime i try to load the server, i put in /plugins in the chat and it says i have 0 new plugins, then i try to do the /npc create (username) and it does not work, i've been messing around this too long and frankly, it is getting on my last nerve, please help!
Oh and while you huys are at it; could you help me fix CustomNpcs too? i follow the directions in order, then i try to load MC and it gets stuck at "updating minecraft" bit, thanks in advance!

Could you pm a list of all your plugins and I would also like to see if you have any errors in the console, I have great experience with citizens so I should be able to work something out.
/npc create player <username>
I'm not sure what you're talking about at all. Could you explain it in some other way?
