URGENT! Need groups help!

Hi! we need someone who defo knows what they are doing here..........
we are trying to create a towny server but people cant build or create town or tpa ect,,,,,
we also havent really done the groups gfor groupmanager so if someone could help us in return we will give you a server rank and some items and in game money to set you off!!
