Ok so you know how in essentials theres a perm that lets players join when server is full so would it work i made the server 0 slots and gave the default rank the perm So my slots would basicly be unlimited?
also if this does work would it reduce lag?

Yes, it should technically work, but it will not reduce lag at all.
