I'm utterly confused? Mods not working

Alright, OreSpawn is getting on my nerves now... I have minecraft 1.7.10, along with OreSpawn 1.7.10 and Minecraft Forge 10.13.2.1230. It runs well and works fine, except OreSpawn just... isn't there? I don't have a crash report as it hasn't crashed. It's a clean copy of MC and I've triple checked everything. Any ideas?

have you put orespawn in the "mods" folder? I believe 1.7 doesn't normally have such a folder, you'll only have it if you played minecraft before 1.7. Make a folder and put it in there would be my suggestion, though I have little experience with mods.

I've had that happen to me before so what i would suggest doing is get the latest version of forge 1.7.10 and get a clean install of the mod. Then reinstall everything and try that to see if it works...
