UUID format problem
So, I use the testfor command in the new snapshot, but if you do it with @e[name=(insert name here)] it always comes out with "The entity UUID provided is in an invalid format" usually it only happens when I put a space in the name, but now, it doesn't matter what I put. What is a UUID? How do I fix it? Please help.

I am not using a player, I would use @p for that. I want to know how I can put the name in there for a MOB. Is there a translator for English to UUID?
Instead of usernames, your account have a UUID. This is a new thing for namechanges. You can see your UUID when you log into mc in the developer console.
