Well Im running my server on 1.5 and its a prison server. I put the Vault.jar into the plugins folder and restart my server. However when it is done restarting there isn't a folder for Vault in my plugins. I have tried this several times and need help. Vault is required for some plugins which I need for my prison!

From a quick search of their repository, it doesn't seem that Vault creates a directory. I believe that Vault only exists as an API to improve plugin functionality, not to be configured.
