So... our server recently underwent a dramatic change and dumped a lot of old plugins, replacing them with new ones. However, with new plugins came new bizarre glitches and I was curious if anyone knew what was up with this.
The first glitch is that users cannot place a bed unless it's facing west. o_O If you try to place it facing any other direction, it jumps out of your hands and turns into a drop instead. It's not too big a deal, but it's hella confusing and has me baffled.
The second glitch involves the home bed not working all the time. This is probably the most serious of the three problems. Sometimes when people set their home bed, then type /home bed, it jumps them to a weird place. One guy's bed dropped him in a hole, another threw him in lava, another tossed him into a nearby city. While I haven't experienced this problem myself, it's become very frustrating for users who experience it (except for the one who found the city. Since that was a hidden landmark for people to explore).
The third problem only affects one person. Whenever he logs in, it gives the wrong name. His username is Maimonguy, but whenever he joins, it tells us 'Cookies557 joined the game'. Cookies, mind you, is another person who plays on our server. It doesn't happen to any other people on the server, but it's very frustrating for him.

@ogg: Bahahah! Dammit Minecraft, randomly glitching my server. I dunno if Essentials is updated, but it's definitely worth looking up. XD
@Rogue: That might be it. I'll take a peeksie at DispNameChanger and see if it's messing with Maim's name.
