I started a village raid on purpose because I want totems of undying, but when the first wave was done and the second wave started, it seems as the raiders don't show up, so now there is just a bar at the top forever, and it doesn't seem to progress because I can't find the raiders

Sometimes raiders spawn in caves near the village, so you cant see them.
Try to ring the bell of the village, then the raids get the glowing effect and you can see them even behind blocks.
