Villager Breeder problems

Hello! This week I'm having a villagers hall in my base, out of the spawnchunks. So I decided to make a villager breeder in my spawnchunks and move them automatically into the nether to my base. The problem is that they are not having baby villagers, no hearts no signals and nothing happens. It is near a iron farm. I built that villager farm in my base and worked very well so I'm confused. I let my world here if anyone can help me downloading it and investigating why does it happen and a screenshot. It's my first thread btw. Thanks a lot!!
