Vines Won't Decay

After the update, I started having trouble with jungle vines. After it's cut down, The leaves decay, but some of the vines don't. I just installed a fresh copy of Minecraft and I'm still having issues. I have the following mods installed

Forge
Optifine
Timber Mod
Jammy's Furniture Mod
Backpack Mod
Rei's Minimap
Too Many Items

Help please.
