Visual Glitch

The sides, and edges of blocks flash red. 3D anaglyph is off, red string is off. I don't know what to do. I reinstalled Minecraft. It happens both in vanilla, and when running mods, so it is obvious to me that its a issue with my pc. I use an Nvidia card. Someone please help me.
