Visual glitch?

I've been having a problem with glowing outlines appearing around blocks whenever I'm moving in. It can only really be seen at night or in dark areas of caves. I've tried to look up solutions, but I can't find anything and it's fairly annoying. If anyone knows any solutions I'd really appreciate it.
