[1.6.4][Windows][Optifine]Visually missing chunks & blocks?

Hello everybody.
Quite recently, parts of my Minecraft saves are visually missing. It makes whole chunks and all of the blocks contained missing. It is really annoying. I tried using Optifine's settings, but it still did it. You can still jump and interact with the visually missing blocks. I really need to fix this soon, so please help.

Backup you're saves folder and resource pack folder to desktop and delete .minecraft and reinstall it. Then just replace the saves and resource pack folder.
