I need help! I installed Votifier on my server, also SimpleVoteListener, I put the stuff inside to my sever ip and port:
Host: 0.0.0.0
Port: 8192
I went to PMC put in the public votifier key, and it said cant connect, but before when i had it using my ip, and port, it errored in console, but connected to PMC!!!!!
Errore when inside votifier cofig was this:
Host 184.64.50.192
Port: 25566
[Severe] [Votifier] Error initializing vote reciever. Please verify that the configured IP address and port are not already in use, this is a common problem with hosting services, and, if so, you should check with your hosting provider BLAH BLAH BLAH But u get it, the other part of the error is nothing, just error. Please Help Me!

You don't want to be putting in your ipv4 into the planetminecraft. You'll want to be putting your public IP address in. You can find out what this is by going to google and typing in "What is my IP?" It will display your public IP
now i have a problem when ever i try to put my ipv4 and my port in planetminecraft votifier sign up it says it can not connect ive had this problem for long time please help me
It's not your computer's ipv4 address in the votifier config, it would be the gateway (address put in the bar).
If you run into any problems (PMC not connecting). Try setting your host in your config file back to 0.0.0.0
OK! NOW, it says wrong public key!!!
Ok! Thanks, I Firgured it out, In Votifier Config.YML, i put host: My Computer IPv4 address,and port: 8192, i portforwarded it in my rouder, and there was no error in console Thanks! Now, I Hope PMC works!
The gateway is the same address you put in your browser bar in order to connect to the router (for port forwarding).
For instance, at home my router gateway is 192.168.1.1

If you are hosting at your house. You need to set your router to forward port 8192, just like you set minecraft to forward port 25565
If you are with a hosting company, its likely the port is already in use, so ask them what port you should use and set that in the config of your votifier and be sure to put that in when you register on the websites.
Lastly, I haven't used it but from what I read. Be sure you are putting simplevotelistener into the plugins folder and not the listeners folder of votifier

Ummm, im not sure i get it
Assuming you are homehosting, in your configuration you would set the ip to your router gateway, and then port forward for Votifier. your router gateway usually ends in a base value (like 1.0, 0.0, 1.100, or 0.100)

Your port is probably already used by someone else, try a different port. You might want to ask your host which ports to use, or just show them the error.
This happened to me also, I contacted my host and they told me to use a port below"port 25560.", but it may be different for different hosts.

AUGHHH! Someone who has votifier on their server, pease tell e how theirs is set up! PLEASE
Go to the Votifier folder in your plugins folder in your server folder (<- ), Open the votifier config which has the "Ip and Port", the port should be already 8192 (the default), make sure when you are puttin ur server on PMC the votifier part will be: The ip in your config file, the port will be 8192, the public key is found in the other config file in ur votifier folder, hope it helped i cant remember too much :V
