I've been trying to fix this problem for so long and I can't find out how to fix it.

Keep in mind that I changed my port forwarding port and minecraft port from 25565 to 8192 in an attempt to fix the problem.

The votifier port has to be different than the minecraft port.
Edit: whoops didn't see you already fixed it, sorry =P

I fixed the problem by changing port back to 25565 and leaving config of votifier as is.
