Votifier does not work on this site but works on others

im using the vanilla votifier its just a portof bukkit but added rcon support to send commands when players vote this is so vanilla server can now get ranked up like modded servers do.

I enter my public key and it keeps telling me its invalid except any other site its works perfectly , and no i cant run normal bukkit because i run a vanilla server.
can some one fix it
