Votifier help

So on my server i am using the pluggin votifier. Some reason i cannot get it to work. When my members vote i want them to get cash... The listener i'm using is Vote4Cash and on my PMC server page it says that votifier is hooked up. I'm just wondering if there is a different thing i can use to get my members money or if i'm doing anything wrong... i watched a video on it and he did it super easy... i followed his same directions and it doesnt work. Please help!
