Votifier help
I know how to set up votifier - as I have before. It was working perfectly on my server, but then I changed hosts and got a new IP. So I went back to change the IP on here, along with the key - and I tested the connection and it says that is has connected successfully to my server. I didn't change the vote listener, and I do know that it should work as the in game commands work perfectly for that listener (it's a plugin that is used as a listener) it's just that it doesn't do what it is supposed to do when someone votes. I'm pretty sure votifier is working fine as it prompts the voter to enter their name in.

I find this rather poor, as they aren't telling you which ports are available. Enquire as to which ports are available for plugin use. If they are reluctant or don't bother to tell you, try something like 25567 (unless it's taken by something else).
They didn't know anything about that. I tryed a new port in votifier but got nothing. Anyone else got any ideas?
Have you requested they open a port? If not, get them to open a port (default Votifier port is 8192). Make sure it's the same port as in your config if you've changed it.
I asked them that and this is what they said "All you need to do to enable Votifier is change the port in Votifier's config to something else that isn't taken."
When you changed host, did you make sure to get a port opened for Votifier, or use a port that your host already has open? If not, contact your host and ask them to open a port.

I never thought about that, ill ask my host now. I did the second part though - which is why I thought it should be working. Thanks!
