Votifier help

I have a server, but when I try to setup Votifier, it won't work, if I vote, the site say that the vote was succesfull, but when I look into the chat at my server, I did not get any rewards, the listener that I use is JCVaultListener-2.0.3. I tried everything, but nothing works. can you guys help me with this?
Do I need to post any configs? tell me.
