Votifier Help!

I am in the process of making a voting system for my server. I am currently using votifier and GAListeners. My problem is when i do /fakevote (username) the vote works without problem but when someone actually votes for my server, they never get the rewards! Its starting to become really annoying as I have watched most of the youtube tutorials and read most of the forum on how to set up votifier.

In my plugins>votifier>listeners folder i have Vote4CashLIstener.class

My server is currently listed on 3 websites: Planet MC, Minecraft-MP, and Server Pact and we've tried voting on all three websites and we never receive any rewards.
