I've never used Votifier before and was wondering if anyone knows of, or knows how to write a listener that will give 32 XP Bottles and $1250 per vote.

Check out my tutorial video on how to setup votifier. There is a listener in the description that most people use for dealing out cash for votes

For the XP bottles you could use this one:
