Votifier Listener Help

So... Votifier. It has chosen not to work with every single listener I have tried to set up. I'm running on a 1.6.4 MCPC+ Pixelmon Server, and when players vote, they do not receive a reward. If anyone could possibly help me with creating one, that'd be great. I'd like to have either VoteRoulette, GAlistener, or All-in-one Vote Listener. If there's one you suggest for me, that has multiple rewards with a "chance" setting, that would be highly appreciated. I'm running Pixelmon Mod, so If anyone has found any issues involving Pixelmon and Votifier, let me know. Thanks,
