Votifier Not Working?

Hey guys, thanks for stopping by to read, I am a co-owner of a nice server and the owner and I really want to get votifier working. The owner and I just are confused on what to do, we really don't know what to do, can someone give us a nice explanation of how to get it working or link to somewhere where we can get one. The owner said it might be the listener but he really just does not know. Please help, sorry for my lack of description of the problem.

I recently setup this plugin on my server, and one issue I ran into was with the port not being open. The default port used my this plugin is 8192. Test that this port is open and then you will need a listener/plugin for it to work.
We use the following listener:

Double check your config for both votifier and the listener and ensure that things are setup correct, it's easy to overlook and make sure the port used is open.
