Votifier Not working with Planetminecraft

Hello, I am not sure if it's Planetminecraft or my votifier. But When my players for for the server on Planet Minecraft, the vote has been counted, but my player dont get reward, My guess is prob PMC isn't sending the information to my server to get rewards?

I have tried on other voting websites and they work, just not PMC.
