Votifier won't work!

I have a MineCraft server, and the votifier doesn't work, I am using Enjin Minecraft server voting, a listener, and when I click "Check Votifier Connection" It says it has connection. But it doesn't execute the commands for the reward. Can I please get some help, this problem has persisted for a long time.
