i tried to upload votifier on here and this is what i get

Did you install a vote listener?
If you do not have a dedicated IP, is someone else already running Votifier on the port you are trying to use (by default it is 8192).
Is your host blocking incoming notifications to Votifier?
How do i fix this?

If your Not on A Dedicated server ie you need to use a port like :25572 ask your host which port you are allowed to use so that you aren't interfering with anyone else
