Voting Panel has no option to manually enter IGN

Trying to set up Votifier on my server. I was able to set it up properly on other websites. However Planet Minecraft is not showing the box to input your Minecraft Username manually, but instead shows a button that automatically tracks your vote with a random username or if you have an account, that username.

We had set up votifier before on an older version of the server but have since changed owners and IP addresses so it no longer works and I don't access to that account. However that voting profile does have the box for you to manually enter your Minecraft Username.

Is this a glitch or is there something not set up properly?
