Ok so after playing on hundreds of servers i wanna try and make my own but i have no experience. This is why i am asking for a business partner if you will (aka co-owner). Im looking for someone to help me start up a server i already have an idea of the server i wanna start up and i need someone with alot of experience running servers. I would prefer that you know how to use some of the plugins that i want for my server, like heros, quest, essentials, runecraft, etc. Also if you could teach me a little something along the way it would be greatly appreciated.
Heres the deal with the payment that probably got you reading this, i will pay for hosting, and other expenses, i will also pay you a monthly wage if i like what you are doing (once the server is up and going you will get paid regardless of its popularity), please contact me for any additional information we can also discuss your wages and terms of payment.

- i am a college student so i may not respond to you quickly but i will give you a response within 48 hrs

I am 18 and I have run many servers in my life i am also going to college for network admin. I am very good with many different plugins i also work for free. I am very good with many types of control panels for example: multicraft, mcmyadmin, and many more.
