Why should I choose you: As I said previously I have my own server to know how to deal with idiots and hackers. Having my own server may put you off but my co-owner is on my server most of the time so I would be able to come on your server .

Postion: I would love to be an responsible admin who does his job nicely.
How long spend time on server: I will probably spend 4-8 hours a day on this server.
Exp with plugins: My experience with pluigns is really high I think. That's because I've had my own server 2 times, I had a lot of plugins, permissions, worldguard, chestshop, LWC and alot more of them.
Exp with building: I've built a MobArena without any plugins, just a arena with LOTS of redstone, so I would say I am good with redstone. I can also make very cool builings, and if I get a task or mission from anybody, that want me to build anything, I would take it at the time, and I would never give up until I've done it.
Will you be active: I will be active as often as possible, to make the server even more secure.
Why should I choose you: I think you should choose me because I have alot of experience with people and minecraft, I've been playing since alpha, and I would love to be admin on a server.

Why should I choose you: I have experience with running and staffing servers along with using plugins to protect blocks that are placed. I also have Skype.

I am not sure why... but I always look at these posts XD I just enjoy reading all these kids duping the poster into thinking they are soooo good. Its a nice source of comedy. Maybe, if this server actually is made (about 90% of people who say they will make a server dont) I will go on it, and just see how crap it is cause he had to take it the easy way and ask on PMC. Listen to me poster, this will help you. If you really want good staff, make your server, and watch the players. The good players will welcome new players, be nice to everyone, and have a good understanding of your server. Thats the people you want as staff. If you do not believe I know what I am talking about, I have run 2 servers, administrated around 37 servers, moderated around 50 ish, and I am currently the Co-Owner on two. To be able to get into positions like that so often, you must know what you are talking about. Heed my advice, and I hope your server turns out half decent.
