As people may know Spigot MC have updated to 1.7.2, I highly do not recommend you get this for your server
Good Features:
-Updated to 1.7
-Supports 99.9% of Bukkit plugins
Bad Features:
-Does not support Any Of the new 1.7.2 blocks
-Does not support new biomes for 1.7.2
-Chat colors do not work well
-Many exploits from previous bukkit builds
I suggest you wait for bukkit 1.7.2 to come out, or wait for a stable build of Spigot

The 1.7.2 Spigot isn't actually 1.7.2, it's just a patched 1.6.4 response for pings.
You will probably lose more players leaving 1.6.4 on your server as opposed to just installing the buggy non-supported version of Spigot.
So waiting for Bukkit 1.7.2 is the best option? Because I want to use plugins but don't know what a good server is to use. I'm kinda new to this 'Spigot'. But Bukkit still works fine?

Yes, but they rewrote the multiplayer system, so they are most likely needing to rewrite bukkit. Looks like we will be bukkitless (New word!) for a while longer than normal.
