Warps between worlds

Im currently running a server that is running cauldron-mcpc-plus-1.7.19. Cauldron so I can do the bukkit plugins and forge mods. Only issue I'm having now is...I can't upload multiple worlds on the server because for the life of me I can't find a program that is compatible. I tried multiverse but the multiverse portals would never work. Oh i could make one alright but when I would try and warp to another world (it was on the list of worlds) then it took me to a whole different place. Any suggestions on a simple world to world transport plugin or mod or something?
