Was wondering if anyone could help me with a Server question

I have a server set up, and have made a epic spawn tower for players to start in. I worked really hard on it and love the shape / idea. But most of the time when people teleport to spawn they suffocate or fall into the gap. Is there anyway to fix it to where the spawn point isnt messed up without moving it? I tried moving it over a bit or back. but no luck. Cuz I would really like to keep the tower. Anyone know?

well all u gotta do is reset spawn in a diffent part of that tower.... or so
