Weird  character issues.
Hi!
So I had my server on a different host before,
and now I moved all files to my computer.
one of the issues I found, were the characters in many of my things.
For example, my scoreboard.
Instead of it just showing something like:
Coins » 60
It shows
Coins » 60
And that  thing doesn't show in the YML config, so I have no idea how to fix it.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks! & Ask any needed questions.
