Weird Optifine glitch!
So I am having a really hard time with pistons in Minecraft because of an Optifine glitch. Whenever I push a piston, the front part and the blocks it was pushing disappear for 1 second, then come back! It looks really weird and I don't like it! Can someone help me?

OptiFine does this for me too in every version. It must be a way it speeds up your game? I find it really annoying too.
try improving your performance.
turn off clouds, decrease render distance, turn on VBOs.
If that doesn't do it, try redownloading a different Optifine version.

whats generation 43? and what are you talking about in general? (i want to know what you mean by generations)

I do that all the time but it still doesn't work! And the person 2 above your post got generation 43.
see if it doesn't happen without Optifine loaded if it happens it is just minecraft, and if not I don't know.
I already tried that, it works, but I still want Optifine!
