Weird water generation bug- can someone help?

I recently downloaded a bunch of new mods and texture packs, when i switched from forge to fabric.

at first everything seemed fine but then i came across a naturally generated water pond that seemed to not load and was in this dark red colour.
i don't know if its a bug with the mods/texture pack, but it happens frequently when loading new chunks.

[i don't use optifine or shaders and this problem doesn't effect my playing experience very much otherwise.]

if someone knows about this issue, i really want to fix this.
