What Are some Good plugins and how do i get them?

See im co-owner with my friend and we have no clue how to get plugins for his hamachi server. We Need help

Google Bukkit. Make sure that your server is a Bukkit server, not a vanilla server.
Their website contains many helpful advice and plugins.
When you find a plugin you want, download the plugin's file, open your server's folder, find your plugins folder, drop the .jar into that folder, then restart your server. You should now have a plugin installed on your server.
