Okay I'm not saying I am an idiot or anything. I've been applying for Mod and Admin and stuff for a lot of servers and people keep bringing up the term build team. I have really no idea what it is and I might be interested if it is what I think it is.. If anyone could tell me, that'd be awesome.

Hello, I used to be a buildteam leader A build team is a team of builders (lol) who do projects and creations together, some do it for a particular server, and some do it to get paid by different clients who order a build (like a hub or a map) to be created.
